The Newberry Area SBDC is located on the Newberry College campus on the corner of College and Cheek Street.  Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 8:00am - 2:30pm.  Nancy Williamson, Certified Business Advisor, is the Newberry SBDC consultant and can be seen, at no cost, by appointment.  Please contact the office by calling 803.321.5689 or by emailing the office:

In partnership with the University of South Carolina, Newberry College hosts the area office to support local businesses within Newberry and the surrounding communities.  The SBDC provides small business owners with technical assistance to help them with many facets of their business, from pre-planning to closing.

The SC SBDC: There are twenty-one South Carolina Small Business Development Centers (SC SBDC) across the state offer individual, confidential business consulting at no cost. Highly-trained consultants assist both existing and startup companies.
